Welcome to my blog on mythology, psychology and culture in the 21st century. I am a student and aficionado of these subjects, especially as they pertain to the writings of C. G. Jung, James Hillman, and Joseph Campbell. In some small way I hope through these blog posts to show how myth and psyche (or soul) provide the electrical “current” powering today’s current events.
Otherwise, I received my Ph.D. in Mythological Studies with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where I am adjunct faculty in the Counseling Psychology Program. I also work for the C. G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles.
